From 5 to 11 February 2017, we, students from Ioan Ban Dascalul school, from Poiana Sibiului, Sibiu county, Romania had the beautiful honor to join the Erasmus Plus project Inventions and Cultural Behavior, in witch we had to host students from different countries (Spain, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Lithuania and Slovenia) and to take part to the activities organized by the teachers from our school. Personally, I am very glad that I took part to this project, because it was a very interesting experience. I had the occasion to meet some beautiful people, who became my friends later on. I was very excited to listen to them, talking about specific things in their country, like: music, food, school program, culture, traditional staff etc. During these six days, besides the projects we attended in our school, we visited two historical cities, Sibiu and Sighisoara. In Sibiu, we visited Astra Museum and the History Museum, but also, we had a short visit to the Pastoral Museum in Jina, a village right near Poiana. Last night was a special night, in my opinion, because all the students had the opportunity to listen traditional music from our village, but also to dance with some profesional dancers. It was also hard for all of us when they had to live, because we became very comfy and close with each other. To sum up, I like to say that this type of experience is like a must in every person’s life, because this way we get to know things about people from different countries, we have the occasion to practice English, but also we can improve our cultural informations.
